If you’ve conjured a damaged item you must contact us within 48 hours, we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.  Exchanges are limited to the same item, however we cannot guarantee the availability of products for exchange and if an item is not available to satisfy your preference for exchange, we are happy to offer a refund.

Orders and subscriptions may be cancelled before an order has been shipped. 

There is a 7.5% cancellation fee for all orders. We don't enjoy charging these fees, but these are non-refundable transactions costs charged by your credit card processor to facilitate the transaction.

Note: Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, but sometime sooner. 

Sometimes, when you buy stuff off the internet, and you change your mind. Which is why, you’ve got the option to conjure a return spell and send it back to us.  

You may be eligible for a return of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping expenses (or shipping expenses incurred by Utokia if the item qualified for free shipping). There is a 7.5% processing fee that is non refundable by our payment processor for the initial transaction (trust us - we don't like this either...)

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We are unable to accept returns on any perishable goods.

Yeah, these spell names are getting worse, but you try coming up with a name for a spell that gives you your money back.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can contact us and we will give you a refund for the purchase price minus any shipping and handling charges. Restrictions apply:

• Must be your first purchase

• The returned product must be at least 1/2 full, if multiple items were purchased the remaining items must be unopened.  

• Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

What to expect:

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Clearly include the RMA number in the return package. Include any unused portion of the product, inside its original packaging in the return shipment.

All returns must be received within 15 days from the issuance of the RMA. You are responsible for return shipping. Any shipment that is returned without a RMA number or outside of the 15 day window may not be eligible for a refund. Once the product is received and checked, we will issue you the appropriate refund.

Additionally, please note all refunds will be processed to the original card used for purchase and all returns are subject to a $4.99 Return Product Fee (RPF).

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Chargebacks for items in transit, items with confirmed delivery, or items pending fulfillment without requesting a cancellation via email will result in loss of purchasing ability within this store.

In cases where an item is disputed with a confirmed delivery confirmation we work with USPS to obtain GPS confirmation of the delivery location to verify accurate delivery confirmation.
