RETURNS

Customers may return products purchased within 14 days of delivery if product is unopened and unused for store credit, minus any applicable shipping expenses incurred by the customer or Utokia. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For any return inquiries, please email: contact@utokia.com. You must obtain a Return Authorization number from us prior to returning the package.

CANCELLATIONS

​

Orders and subscriptions may be cancelled before the order has been shipped. Please note that a up to 7.5% cancellation fee applies to all orders. While we don’t enjoy charging these fees, they cover the non-refundable transaction costs charged by your credit card processor.

If you would like to cancel your order, please email contact@utokia.com with as much information as possible (e.g., your name, the email used to place the order, and/or your order number).
